Participated in the Woolsey Wet Prairie Sanctuary BioBlitz today, with members of the UA Entomology department, Biological Sciences department, and the greater NWA community. Saw a number of wonderful grasshoppers, moths, and butterflies, as well as some extremely awesome dragonflies.
Butterflies, the smiling faces of colleagues and friends, coffee, and a whole lot of potential. Looking forward to filling the walls and shelves with research and the wonderful world of inverts!

Sparky Two has joined the Westerman Lab! Looking forward to many years of all-weather transport between wet lab and butterfly house for researchers, samples, and equipment.
